Refund policy

We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest quality car mats and seat covers designed specifically for your vehicle.

Before placing an order, please review our return and refund policy below:


Returns

  1. Custom-made products:
    All Prestige car mats and seat covers are custom-made to fit your specific vehicle.
    Because of their personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

  2. Defective or incorrect items:
    If you receive a damaged item or there was an error in customization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prestigecarmats.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    We will work with you to resolve the problem — by providing a replacement, installation support, or a refund if necessary.

  3. Eligibility for returns (if approved):

    • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

    • Any approved return must be shipped back to our warehouse before a refund can be issued.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information:
    Orders returned to our warehouse due to incomplete/wrong address, failure to collect delivery, or unpaid import fees are subject to a 35% restocking fee to cover materials and labor.

  5. Installed or used items:
    Custom products that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.


Refunds

  1. Once a return is approved and the product is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    Refunds cover the product cost only — shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  2. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the product arrives in good condition.
    We cannot process refunds for items damaged during return transit.


Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Our products are made to order, so cancellations or modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • For requests made between 24–72 hours, a 35% fee applies to cover materials already prepared.

  • After 72 hours, your order enters full production and cannot be modified or canceled.


Please Note

  1. Slight variations in color and texture may occur due to screen differences or lighting conditions.

  2. Custom-made products are exempt from standard distance-selling regulations.

  3. A product is only considered defective if it does not match the vehicle model, material, or design specified in your order (with a measurement tolerance of up to 1 inch).

  4. Prestige Car Mats is not responsible for incorrect vehicle details, color selections, or delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  5. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees are the customer’s responsibility and not grounds for refund.

  6. Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined.

  7. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
